MUSE 218S

MUSE 218S is a passive 4000W ground-stacked subwoofer designed to deliver massive low-frequency reinforcement for MUSE passive line array systems, particularly the MUSE 210L. Ideal for concert touring, festivals, outdoor events, and large-scale installations, the 218S provides deep, extended bass response and high SPL performance, enhancing the full-range system’s low-end impact. The cabinet houses two 18” B&C high-excursion woofers with 4” voice coils, configured in a bass reflex design for maximum output efficiency and reduced distortion. Frequency response: 30Hz – preset dependant. Maximum SPL: 148.5dB. Designed for use with external amplifiers and system processors (such as the DLM series). Rear panel equipped with NL4 Speakon connectors for secure signal input and linking.

INSTALLATION / RIGGING
• The MUSE 218SN is designed for ground-stacked applications, offering seamless integration with stacked MUSE 210L arrays using the MS-F 210 bar.
• Constructed from 18mm birch plywood and finished with a scratch-resistant black coating, the cabinet features robust handles, a reinforced front grille with protective cloth, and integrated hardware for secure stacking.
• Compatible with the MS-T 218 transport trolley, KBW-1004S (4 wheels kit with brake), MS-C 218 Nylon Cover, MS-F 210 Flying Bar.

CONFIGURATIONS
• GROUND STACKED CONFIGURATION: Can be deployed in stacks of two or more units beneath MUSE 210L tops, providing extended low-frequency reinforcement for large audiences.
• CARDIOID SETUPS: Using DSP presets and careful arrangement, the MUSE 218SN can be configured for cardioid sub arrays to minimize rearward bass radiation.
• HIGH-OUTPUT SYSTEMS: Ideal for large venues or outdoor events where extreme low-end energy and projection are required.
