FBT’s Himaxx Series represents a refined evolution in professional portable audio, combining powerful Class D amplification, premium transducers, and intelligent DSP control. Designed for both live sound and fixed installations, the Himaxx loudspeakers deliver impressive SPL, clarity across the frequency spectrum, and rugged build quality suitable for live or venue applications. Available in active and passive versions, the range includes 12″ and 15″ models, each optimized for extended low-end response and controlled dispersion. With rotatable horns, multiple rigging options, and cabinets built from durable polypropylene, Himaxx offers flexibility for FOH, side fill, stage monitoring, and distributed sound systems. The loudspeaker was developed in full collaboration with B&C, with FBT engineering a custom chassis, an enhanced ventilation system that reduces power compression by 2 dB, a stiffer cone for improved reliability and lower distortion, and a more powerful neodymium magnet to maximize control and efficiency.
