J 5A

J5A is a compact, bi-amplified active loudspeaker designed for portable and installation applications that require clear sound reinforcement in a small form factor. It integrates powerful amplification and flexible connectivity into a lightweight, rugged enclosure, delivering high SPL and intelligibility in a streamlined package. The system features a 5” low-frequency woofer and a 1” high-frequency driver mounted on a 90° x 60° constant directivity horn. The integrated Class D bi-amplifier delivers 80W RMS to the LF and 40W RMS to the HF section, ensuring precise power distribution and low thermal load. Despite its size, the J 5A reaches a peak SPL of 117 dB and provides a frequency response suitable for speech, music playback, and AV content. Control options include a mic/line input switch, gain control, and HPF filter. The rear panel hosts an XLR/jack combo input, an XLR LINK output for signal chaining, and a standard IEC power socket. The cabinet includes a 35mm pole mount and M6 fly points for wall or ceiling installation.
