VERTUS CLA 206A

Equipped with the same waveguide as the CLA 406.2A but with only two 6.5″ woofers, the Vertus CLA 206A is the ideal speaker to complete CLA406.2A systems in order to expand the dispersion of mid-high frequencies and obtain excellent uniformity of acoustic pressure in the listening area. It can also be used on its own, in clusters of CLA 206A, and in combination with the Vertus CLA 118SA subwoofer to have a compact yet extremely performing PA system.Vertus CLA 206A is a bi-amplified 2-way line array speaker system designed for professional sound reinforcement applications. It features two custom 6.5″ woofers with a 1.5″ coil and a neodymium B&C compression HF driver with a 1.4″ throat and 2.5″ coil.

The large format waveguide provides a dispersion of 100° H x 25° V, allowing for a wide and even coverage pattern. Vertus CLA 206A has a frequency response range of 65Hz to 20KHz, making it suitable for a variety of music genres and sound reinforcement needs. Its Class-D 600Wrms LF and 300Wrms HF amplifiers provide enough power for any situation, while the switching mode power supply ensures efficiency and reliability. Additionally, the DSP processor offers 8 equalization presets to fine-tune the system to the desired sound.

The cabinet is constructed of 12mm birch plywood with a scratch-resistant varnish, and features two side handles and rubber inserts for protection and anti-slip on both the upper and lower sides. Vertus CLA 206A also has various mounting options, including four lateral inserts, two upper and two lower points designed to accept quick release pins or M10 screws. It also has a 35mm stand socket and can be coupled with other Vertus CLA 206A or Vertus CLA 406A speakers at angles ranging from 0° to 20° in 5° steps vertically.
