VERTUS CLA 406.2A

The Vertus CLA 406.2A is a bi-amplified 2-way column line array designed for high-quality sound performance. It features 4 custom 165mm (6.5″) woofers with 38mm (1.5″) coil, as well as a neodymium B&C compression HF driver with 36mm (1.4″) throat and 64mm (2.5″) coil. The large format FBT waveguide has a 100° H x 25° V dispersion, providing a wide frequency response from 65Hz to 20KHz. This system incorporates Class-D 600Wrms for LF and 300Wrms for HF amplifiers with a switch mode power supply, as well as a DSP processor with 8 equalization presets. The control panel includes an XLR input and link, volume, presets, HP filter, and ground-lift. The cabinet is made of 12mm (0.5”) birch plywood with scratch-resistant varnish, two side handles, rubber inserts for protection, and upper and lower anti-slip.

INSTALLATION & USE
It also includes 4 lateral inserts, two upper and two lower points designed to accept quick release pins or M10 screws, and two rear M6 suspension points. With new hardware for flying installations, for ground setups, and the possibility of coupling two or more CLA 406.2A/CLA 206A with an angle of 0°-20° in 5° steps vertically, with optional quick release pins for touring, this system offers exceptional versatility. Additionally, the top side is inclined by 10° to provide maximum flexibility of use in combination with other CLA 406.2A or CLA 206A in order to adapt the vertical dispersion angle of the system to the listening area. The system can be used either as a point source with the CLA 118SA subwoofer or in vertical clusters with the CLA 206A as a down-fill.
